By establishing, implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) and through rigorous document control, LFE holds accredited certification for ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
Through the IMS, both positive and negative internal and external relevant issues and conditions for consideration are determined, monitored and reviewed to ensure continual compliance with the above-mentioned certificates/standards.
Specifically, our company:
- determines the inputs required and the outputs expected from these ISO processes and their application throughout the company.
- determines the sequence and interaction of these processes.
- determines and applies the criteria and methods required to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes.
- assesses risk to determine opportunities in accordance with the IMS requirements.
- evaluates these processes and implements any changes needed to ensure that these processes achieve their intended results.
- improves the processes and its IMS.
Client Focus
LFE liaises with clients to meet and understand their expectations, in addition to which regular surveys are conducted to assess client satisfaction levels as well as their expectations of LFE’s service.
Client requirements and expectations are determined and transformed into daily work requirements and/or integrated objectives with the aim of enhancing client satisfaction.
